Noah's Baptism

Noah was baptized on October 30, 2011 at St. Paul Lutheran Church in the Fellowship Service by Pastor Martin Danner. Noah's sponsors/God-parents are Uncle Joel & Aunt Katrina, and Uncle Kevin. We were so blessed by all of the immediate family being present and able to join us for lunch and fun at our house after the service. Noah was an absolute angel for the entire morning - being so quiet, and looked 'in awe' during the actual baptism. He then quietly went to sleep in Mommy's arms and stayed that way for almost the entire service. He didn't even get hungry until we go home!
The set up for the service was 'Worship in the Round', where the altar is moved to the middle of the room and chairs set up in a circle around the altar. So, that put us front and center for all to see, which I was nervous about with Drew. But he did great also. While he wasn't fond of taking pictures, and didn't want to be held during the actual baptism, he was content and didn't make a fuss too much - staying with Nana for most of it!
We are so blessed to have baptism as a holy sacrament of the Holy Spirit in Noah's life - on his heart and soul! We pray that he will grow into the man God designed him to be and that he will follow the Lord's will in his life!
