He took his first steps a week or so ago, going back and forth between Mommy and Daddy, but today, he all he needed was our presence for confidence and encouragement and off he went. Of course, like any good parent, once he started, we helped him do it over and over again, walking across the game room back and forth!

Noah is Walking!
Just one day before his first birthday, Noah took to walking like a champ, charging forward with a sword and battle cry, he was ready! :)
He took his first steps a week or so ago, going back and forth between Mommy and Daddy, but today, he all he needed was our presence for confidence and encouragement and off he went. Of course, like any good parent, once he started, we helped him do it over and over again, walking across the game room back and forth!
Many have warned us before that our lives will be even crazier now, and while we understand that, we are happy to be free from constantly walking in circles with Noah, holding onto one little hand for the help he needed...though bittersweet to know that his independence will just take off from here, there is some longing for "my little baby" to come back! But there is so much more joy to experience with our sweet little man! So, we will rejoice in this milestone! Watch out, here comes warrior Noah!
